The creators of Miraclebody want you to love what you're wearing. That's why we offer a no hassle return policy that makes it simple and easy to exchange or return your Miraclebody merchandise if you're not completely satisfied. Canadian residents, please click here.
To Make a Return via UPS
• Write your reason for return along with the style number(s) you are returning on your Packing Slip invoice and make a copy for yourself to keep for your reference. Enclose this invoice along with your returned merchandise in your original product packaging.
• Affix the UPS return label that was enclosed with your original order to the outside of your package (please cover the original packing label). For your records, you will want to write down the Return Tracking Number. This is the number you can use to track your return package at www.UPS.com.
• Schedule a pickup at your location with UPS by calling 1-800-Pick-UPS or by bringing your package to one of many UPS drop box location. Find a UPS drop box

• Write your reason for return along with the style number(s) you are returning on your Packing Slip invoice and be sure to make a copy for yourself to keep for your reference. Enclose this invoice along with your returned merchandise in your original product packaging.

• We highly recommend retaining all tracking information for your package should you choose to use an alternate return shipping method.
Our Return Policy
• Your return must be postmarked within 30 days after you receive your order. This includes merchandise that is being returned for an exchange.
• Returns postmarked after 30 days but before 60 days will result in Miraclebody merchandise credit only. Please refer to our FAQ's to learn more about merchandise credit.
• Returns postmarked after 60 days will be returned to sender and not accepted for credit, exchange, or refund.
• RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS RECEIVED IN WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If any item is not returned in as-new condition, such as it is worn, ripped, torn, used, damaged or stained, it will be returned at the customer's expense and no credit, refund, or exchange will be given.
• Merchandise credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It cannot be redeemed through any website other than miraclebody.com and must be used for Miraclebody merchandise.
• We only accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased from miraclebody.com. Miraclebody merchandise purchased from other websites or retail stores will not be accepted.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• When using the UPS return shipping label that was enclosed with your order, you pay nothing upfront for your return shipment. After we receive and process your return, a charge of $9.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount that is being credited to your credit card.
• For your convenience, we recommend using UPS for your return, however you may choose a different shipping method of your choice. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the shipping carrier you choose. We highly recommend retaining all tracking information for your package should you choose to use an alternate return shipping method.
• Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued minus shipping and handling charges, in the form of original payment method. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and about 2-3 business days it to appear on a written statement.
• Customers who have placed their order online at miraclebody.com will receive an e-mail detailing the date the refund was processed and the amount.
Our Exchange Policy
• Merchandise exchanges are shipped free of charge by way of standard shipping. To request an upgrade to a faster shipping method, please send an e-mail to service@miraclebody.com or call Customer Service at 1-877-836-4610. You will be charged the difference between the standard shipping rates and the upgrade shipping method you select.
• If you are exchanging for the same merchandise due to damages or defects, you will not be charged for return shipping.
• Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
• A credit or charge will be made in the form of original payment method if there is a difference in price between your returned merchandise and the replacement merchandise.
• Customers who have registered an e-mail address through miraclebody.com will receive an e-mail detailing the date the exchange was processed and the credit or charge difference if applicable.
• If you prefer to have the new merchandise shipped to you prior to receipt of your return, your credit card will be charged in full for the cost of the new merchandise at the time when it is shipped. Your account will then be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise when it is received and processed by Miraclebody. Your credit card statement will reflect two transactions: a purchase of the new merchandise and a refund for the returned merchandise less shipping and handling charges.
To Return from Canada
• Write your reason for return and/or exchange on your original Packing Slip invoice and be sure to make a copy for yourself to keep for your reference. Enclose this invoice along with your returned merchandise in your original product packaging.
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed by Miraclebody, therefore we recommend choosing the most cost efficient carrier when returning your order. Canadian Post typically offers the best rates, however you may select any carrier of your choice. We also suggest retaining any tracking information provided by the carrier for your records in the event your package is lost or misplaced while in transit.
• Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the returned merchandise. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees, duty, or taxes including GST and PST.
• Exchange orders are shipped upon receipt of the returned order. In the event of an exchange, you are still responsible for return fees on your end through the carrier of your choice however you will not be charged any additional shipping fees when your replacement item(s) ships.
