Your Bust: Wrap a tape measure around your back and around the fullest part of your breasts and measure while keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

How to Measure Jean

Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and 1 finger between you and the tape.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure at the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Inseam: Lay your jeans flat. Measure at the center crotch seam and continue down one leg to the bottom of the hem. Keep the tape measure flat for the most accurate measurement.
Rise: Lay your jeans flat. Measure from the center crotch seam to the top of the waistband.
